1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any portal powered by Fountainhead Preschool Adajan (operated by Ubuntu Knowledge System LLP), and any related mobile or software applications — including but not limited to delivery of information via the website whether existing now or in the future that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms are effective for all existing and future user accounts, including users who have joined the platform as part of a formal engagement between an institute and Fountainhead Preschool Adajan.

2. Definitions
User / You / Your: refers to you, as a user of the Services — someone who accesses or uses the Services.
Content: includes (but is not limited to) images, photos, audio, video, events, location data, and all other forms of information or data.
User Content: means content that you upload, share or transmit through the Services, such as images, messages, profile information, and any other materials you display in your account.
Fountainhead Preschool Adajan Content: means content that Fountainhead Preschool Adajan creates and makes available in connection with the Services — including visual interfaces, graphics, design, software, aggregate ratings, and reports — excluding User Content and Third Party Content.
Third Party Content: means content that comes from parties other than Fountainhead Preschool Adajan or its users.
3. Eligibility to Use the Services
You represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or above and are fully able and competent to understand and agree to the terms, conditions, obligations, representations, and warranties set out in these Terms.

Fountainhead Preschool Adajan reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or discontinue any or all products or services at any time without prior notice.

If access to your account is disabled, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details, or any files contained in your account.

You must register/sign up to create an account in Nucleus (Parent Portal) to use certain features. Use of any personal information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy. You must keep your password confidential and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
When creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and correct, and that you will update it as necessary. You shall not:
Impersonate another person or create an account on their behalf
Provide an email address other than your own
Create multiple accounts without authorisation
Provide false information to access an Institute Community to which you are not legitimately connected
You agree to use the Services only for purposes permitted by these Terms and applicable law, and specifically agree:
Not to use data owned by Fountainhead Preschool Adajan for any commercial purpose without written consent
Not to access the Services through automated means (including scripts or web crawlers) unless specifically authorised
Not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or connected servers and networks
Not to delete or revise material posted by other users without authorisation
Not to engage in any form of spam or unsolicited messaging
Please notify Fountainhead Preschool Adajan immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
7. Refund and Cancellation
All amounts paid for any product or service to Ubuntu Knowledge System LLP (operating as Fountainhead Preschool Adajan) are non-refundable. If a transaction is successful but you did not receive a confirmation notification, please contact us as soon as possible at fpa.info@fountainheadpreschools.org.
Products and services are not transferable to any other person.
