Every tangible and intangible aspect of The Village’s culture is carefully curated, authentic and purposeful. Thoughtful approach of leaders, mindful role modeling of teachers, carefully planned layout of the environment, handpicking the choicest materials and creatively designed activities encourage relationships, communication, collaboration, exploration, creativity, thinking and problem solving.

Through such an environment the attempt is not to mold the children into something that we believe they should become but rather letting them bloom to what they are meant to be.
