This mission is what we live by day after day. Every word is meaningful to us and holds numerous stories behind it. Here is an attempt to summarize what it means to us by describing every keyword in there.
Warm
As soon as you step in The Village you will notice warmth radiating from every nook and corner. The gentle smiles, the caring nudge, the soothing space, the caring protection, bear hugs and comforting whispers. One and all works with their heart to ensure that every child feels safe, relaxed, and loved. Every aspect of the community and space- the people, the space, the activities, the approach, the systems- ensures a cozy and kind environment for your child and everyone around.
Inspiring
You are Inspired when you want to do more and become more and do it willingly. And that’s how every child eventually feels here. Led by passionate and enthusiastic teachers as role models, every child feels driven to play, learn, care, share, sing, dance and participate in all the amazing activities that are carefully planned for them. And through this participation children learn to take care of themselves, be independent, cooperate, enjoy, read, paint, run, identify emotions, mingle, and much more.
Community
It takes a village to raise a child. So true especially today when due to career responsibilities, nuclear family structure, multitasking jobs and life, globalization, constant movement and the all pervasive internet and social media, it has become a big challenge for the parents and families to create a supporting environment at home which positively engages the child. We realize and prioritize this. It is a nurturing community where your child will find connection, meaning and belonging.
Children
Children are the reason for our existence and we love the fact that we are associated with the purpose of bringing joy and discovery to these young little hearts. We learn about children not just through observation, experience and sharing but also through immersive professional development which brings the best minds in the field of education and child psychology to us along with their years of research. We operate and make decisions keeping these insights and observations at the front.
Discovery
For children the world is their field and their curiosity the innermost desire to explore, discover and learn. We truly believe in nurturing the inner life of children without pushing for extreme early academics. Every aspect of learning is an opportunity for the child to discover and find out more about the world around them. Play is a powerful tool for children to research and find answers and raise more questions
